This month's goals are to:
- increase my cardio stregnth
- walk at least 6 miles a week (in or outdoors)
- do cardio workouts 3 days a week

We’re a group of non-running girls who are trying to band together to become runners, or at least have the ability to run without having to be chased by someone with a gun. Here’s to hoping group motivation works!
